Art for Wellbeing 
Art for Wellbeing is aimed at evryone wishing to reduce stress and anxiety, increase self esteem, improve positive attitude and  develop resilience. In my sessions we concentrate on the importance of the process and learning a new skill.  When exploring different ways to be creative in a calm and safe space, art is therapy.
Art for Wellbeing is a journey of learning, experimenting and growing while making beautiful art using many different themes and techniques.  Some of the mediums I work in are mixed media, collage, acrylics, clay, air dry clay and lino cutting.
